教育经历:

2006年入职大连民族大学,机电信息工程学院,教授,硕士研究生导师,毕业于大连理工大学微电子专业,从事纳米功能器件,MEMS器件的开发与敏感机理的研究、尤其在智能检测技术,检测方法等领域有深入广泛的研究基础,发表高学水平学术论文30余篇,授权各类专利、发明专利20余项,主持各类国家省省部级项目8项。培养研究生18人次,考取大连理工大学博士研究生4人,深圳大学研究生1人。
